FRIPACK evaporative media panels: strength and flexibility

FRIPACK evaporative media panels are recognized for their excellent mechanical strength and resistance to chemical agents. Manufactured from injection-molded polypropylene, they withstand water temperatures up to 90°C without compromising performance. Furthermore, each block can be pressure-washed without dismantling, facilitating routine maintenance.

Design flexibility

Thanks to their modular design, the panels can be assembled into blocks tailored to the required height and length. This flexibility allows each block to adapt precisely to project specifications, saving installation time and costs. The base module measures 250 x 250 x 60 mm and is fully adjustable, allowing height customization in 60 mm increments.

Operational durability in severe conditions

Our FRIPACK fills are designed to deliver maximum efficiency in hard water and aggressive environments. Featuring a 100% open design, they contain no sedimentation zones or enclosed channels, reducing scale buildup and handling particulate loads such as algae, oils, or grease, making them ideal for industrial processes such as cooling stickwater and concentrated juices.

The aerodynamic profile of the media minimizes airflow resistance, allowing operation at high velocities and optimizing performance in induced-draft systems. This results in an open, efficient system capable of withstanding extreme applications while reducing maintenance downtime and increasing operational efficiency.

Our FRISEP drift eliminator panels are engineered to deliver high droplet separation efficiency with minimal airflow pressure drop. In addition to their performance, their UV resistance extends service life, ensuring dependable operation and reducing replacement frequency. Base modules measure 500 mm x 100 mm x 30 mm, facilitating installation and adaptation across different equipment.
