The project
Alto Rosario, an IRSA shopping mall located in Rosario, Santa Fe, opened in 2004 on a site that repurposed historic railway structures. Frimont participated in upgrading its cooling infrastructure associated with the air conditioning system.
The challenge
The shopping mall needed to replace an obsolete cooling system. The project required removing existing equipment and retrofitting the facilities to integrate four new evaporative cooling towers.
The solution and implementation
Frimont developed conceptual and detailed engineering and executed the dismantling of previous towers, necessary facility adaptations, and installation of the new units. The scope included associated electrical installations and commissioning.
The project was executed over four months, integrating all tasks required to modernize the system.
Result
The project modernized Alto Rosario's cooling infrastructure with four new evaporative towers, seamlessly integrated into the facility's HVAC system.
