Equipment associated with a secondary glycol refrigeration system.

Applications

What it solves.

In a glycol system, the central refrigeration plant cools a secondary coolant solution circulated to end-use heat exchangers. This architecture enables integrated optimization of refrigeration generation, distribution, pumping, and multi-zone temperature regulation.

  • Cold distribution to cold storage rooms.
  • Supplying multiple independent thermal loads from a centralized chiller plant.
  • Adding new process cooling loads to an existing facility infrastructure.

Configurations

A configuration tailored to your application.

Technical selection defines the equipment and its integration with the process.

Generation and distribution

Central chillers cool the secondary fluid, which is circulated through a pumped distribution loop to point-of-use heat exchangers.

Load control

Individual temperature regulation is engineered around the thermal requirements of each room or process and overall system diversity.

Selection

How we define the solution for your process.

We start from what you need to achieve and your facility conditions. We guide you through defining requirements and selecting an appropriate configuration. You do not need to have all this data to start the conversation.

What we evaluate during technical definition
Consumer points
Rooms and processes requiring refrigeration, factoring in simultaneous peak and baseline loads.
Secondary fluid
Operating temperature levels, fluid chemistry, and glycol concentration defined during detail engineering.
Distribution network and operation
Piping routing, pumping head, control valve selection, and maintenance access.

Documentation

Engineering and integration

Scope is defined with you.

From equipment selection to integration, installation, and commissioning, we agree on what the project needs and how it connects to your facility. Control systems and after-sales service are integral parts of that conversation.
